- Confirm that the transaction was processed on the network.
- Provide proof of the deposit in the form of a screenshot. Ensure that it shows both the confirmed withdrawal transaction from the origin wallet or exchange, and the Transaction ID (Tx ID) by copying and pasting it into the body of your support request.
