If your crypto withdrawal required a destination tag or memo, but was not present in your transaction, please complete the following:
- Contact the receiving exchange, wallet provider, or address owner and determine if the funds have been successfully received.
- If the funds are still at the address, request further instructions on how to claim the transaction.
- If the funds have been returned to BTC Markets, please complete your support request below and provide the TX ID for the return transaction. This will be provided by the sender of the transaction.
Once your request has been received, our support team will then asses the transaction and get in touch with you as soon as possible
