Sometimes your 2FA codes can become out-of-sync. See our 2FA troubleshooting guide here.
If you have lost your 2FA codes, you will need to disable this feature temporarily;
• Type in your verified email address and mobile number into click "Continue"
• An 8-digit code will be sent to your device. Type this into the "Code:" field and click "Continue"
If you are correctly typing in your email address and mobile number and experience an error. It's likely your details are invalid or out-of-date. In this case assistance from our support team will be required.
BTC Markets support will never ask you for your username, passwords, or 2FA codes.
