What is my Transaction History?
Your Transaction History contains all trades, deposits and withdrawals from your BTC Markets account. Your Transaction History will currently display up-to the last 6 months of transactions, starting from your most recent one. If you would like to see transactions that have occurred earlier your will need to export your Transaction History.
How do I export my Transaction History?
Once signed-in to your BTC Markets account, you will greeted by your Account page. From here, you will need to click on Transaction History and Export to CSV. You will notice a file in your downloads folder containing your entire Transaction History.
What is my Trading History?
Trading History, although similar to Transaction History, focuses solely on buying and selling activity made on the exchange. Your most recent buy and sell orders will be visible in the table provided. If you would like to see older transactions that are not displayed, you can export the complete Trade History.
How do I export my Trading History?
Once signed-in to your BTC Markets account, click on Buy / Sell, then Trade History. From here you will be greeted with a table showing your most recent trades. Click Export to CSV file will show your downloads folder containing your entire Trading History.
Note: BTC Markets currently supports these options in CSV format only. Unfortunately, we do not support PDF downloads at this point in time.

Can I use my Transaction History (CSV) to help with my Tax?
Absolutely! Most Cryptocurrency Tax providers have an option for uploading CSV files manually if you'd prefer not to use your API tax reporting. As CSV files differ from place-to-place, you may need to format your CSV to work with your tax provider of choice. Generally, your tax provider of choice will include information on formatting your CSV file before uploading it.
I have can no longer access my account, how can I get a copy of my Transaction History?
