New filters introduced by Microsoft have prevented some customers using Hotmail/Live/Outlook email addresses from receiving important emails from us.
To ensure that you receive all of our email correspondence, please add support@btcmarkets.net as a trusted sender by following these steps:
In outlook, select options and type block into the search bar, then select 'block or allow'.
This will open the Block or allow page. Add support@btcmarkets.net into the trusted senders field provided and click the plus button.
Our emails should now arrive in your inbox, ensuring that you never miss an important notice or announcement in the future.
