If you are not receiving our emails, please first check your spam, junk, and focused email folders.

Emails are being received, but there's an issue relating to an email verification code:
Please be advised that email verification codes are only valid for 1 hour from the point of being triggered (not from the time received to your inbox, as delays from your email provider are out of our control). If you have not used the code within 1 hour of triggering, then it will expire and a new code will need to be generated.
If you are still having issues relating to receiving emails or using email verification codes, please raise a support ticket and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.
BTC Markets support will never ask you for your passwords or 2FA codes.
