New accounts are automatically set up with our default minimum deposit limit level (unless a higher limit has been pre-arranged with our onboarding team). These limits are calculated using a number of factors to determine optimal tiered levels of deposits and withdrawals, and to maintain account safety.
There are two ways you can request a limit increase:
Option 1 - Request a limit increase from your account:
- Log in to your BTC Markets account.
- Navigate to the 'Deposit' tab in the 'Account' section.
- Click on the 'Request Limit Increase' button in the Deposit Limits table.
Option 2 - Request a limit increase via support ticket:
You can request an increase to your daily deposit limits by raising a support ticket here.
Please note: As BTC Markets has a duty under Australian law to establish the source of funds of our customers, you may be required to provide source of funds documentation in order to validate your limit increase request.
