This is a known issue in which can be fixed through some troubleshooting.
1. Please attempt to sign up off a new device (mobile or laptop).
2. Please ensure you have permissions for your device enabled to use the camera.
Android
- On your Android device, open the Settings app .
- Tap Apps & notifications.
- Tap the app you want to update. (The internet browser you are using to sign up)
- Tap Permissions.
- Choose which permissions you want the app to have, like Camera or microphone.
Apple
- Launch the Settings app from your Home screen.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap an app to view which apps can access it. (The internet browser you are using to sign up)
- Tap the switch next to each app to allow or deny access.
