On Wednesday August 8th 2018, our monitoring services alerted us to unauthorised access of our internal systems by an external party. Following this, we experienced a highly organised and sustained effort to compromise our servers.
As always, the safety of our customers' funds, and security of the platform is our priority. Consequently, the decision was made to take all transactional infrastructure offline, and as an added precaution, re-assign all customer deposit addresses. We ask that you do not deposit to any previously used deposit addresses as they have been archived and processing may be delayed, however, deposits made to old and currently held deposit addresses will be successfully credited to customer accounts.
