If you have deposited an unsupported Coin or Token, please read our retrieval policy below.
From time to time, a user will contact the Support Desk informing us that they have mistakenly sent an unsupported Coin or Token to one of their BTC Markets addresses.
While we understand that this can be a stressful experience, BTC Markets does not provide a Coin/Token retrieval service.
If you wish to notify us of your error, please provide Support with your BTC Markets email address, the Coin/Token type, the amount and the Transaction ID of the deposit.
