We understand that users may not be interested in all the markets listed here at BTC Markets. The Watch List allows you to focus on only the markets that are of most interest to you.
This means you can spend less time scrolling and more time trading.
Adding and removing markets from your watch list is easy, just follow the steps below:
Adding markets to your Watch List via the Prices tab:
1. Tap on the market you want to add on the Live Markets tab - you will then be taken to that market’s detailed market screen.
2. Tap the star icon located in the top right corner of the screen - it will turn a solid colour when the market has been successfully added to your Watch List.
3. Tap the back button in the top left corner of the screen and tap on the Watch List tab. You should see your recently added market in the list.
Adding markets to your Watch List via the Buy/Sell tab:
1. On the Buy/Sell tab, change the market to the one that you want to add to your Watch List (for help on how to change the market on the Buy/Sell tab, please see the "Selecting a Market" section of our help article: How To Place A Buy/Sell Trade Via The Mobile App).
2. Once on your desired market, tap the graph icon in the top right corner of the screen - you be taken to that market’s detailed market screen.
3. Tap the star icon located in the top right corner of the screen - it will turn a solid colour when the market has been successfully added to your Watch List.
4. Tap the Prices tab on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen and tap on the Watch List tab. You should see your recently added market in the list.
Removing markets from your Watch List via the Prices tab:
1. Tap on the market you want to remove, either on the Live Markets tab or the Watch List tab - you will then be taken to that market’s detailed market screen.
2. Tap the star icon located in the top right corner of the screen (as the asset is already added to your Watch List, the star icon will already be a solid colour) - once tapped, the star icon will change from a filled colour star to an outline. This signifies that the market has been deselected and should now be removed from your Watch List.
3. Tap the back button in the top left corner of the screen and tap on the Watch List tab. You should see that the market has been removed from the list.
Removing markets from your Watch List via the Buy/Sell tab:
1. On the Buy/Sell tab, change the market to the one that you want to remove from your Watch List (for help on how to change the market on the Buy/Sell tab, please see the "Selecting a Market" section of our help article: How To Place A Buy/Sell Trade Via The Mobile App).
2. Once on your desired market, tap the graph icon in the top right corner of the screen - you be taken to that market’s detailed market screen.
3. Tap the star icon located in the top right corner of the screen (as the asset is already added to your Watch List, the star icon will already be a solid colour) - once tapped, the star icon will change from a filled colour star to an outline. This signifies that the market has been deselected and should now be removed from your Watch List.
4. Tap the Prices tab on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen and tap on the Watch List tab. The market should no longer be in your Watch List.
