If you have 2FA enabled on your account, and are having issues using it, please try the following troubleshooting options:
• Check that your 2FA device is correctly time-synced. To re-sync your device please visit our dedicated support article: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Device Re-sync
• Remove the account from the authenticator app and re-link your account to your device using your backup QR code or secret key.
• Disable 2FA via SMS in order to access your account and re-enable it. To disable 2FA via SMS, visit: Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Reset
