Instant deposits using PayID (Osko/NPP)

At BTC Markets we offer a number of methods to deposit AUD into your account: Card deposit, PayID (Osko) and via direct deposit (BSB and account number).

PayID is a free and instant deposit method. You can use PayID from any Australian bank account that supports Osko/NPP payments.

Please note:

• We can only accept payments from your own personal bank account.
• Please check with your bank whether you are able to make Osko payments, as not all banks support this service.
• First payments may take 24 hours to clear depending on banking policies. Future payments should clear within an hour 24/7
• Deposits above your daily limit will be delayed.

To make a deposit via PayID on the mobile app: 

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account.
2. Navigate to the Account tab and then tap the Deposit button.
3. Select Australian Dollar from the asset list.
4. Select 'Osko deposit' from the AUD deposit options list.
5. You should now see your unique Osko deposit reference number and our Pay ID(s). Please note: do not forget to include the deposit reference when making your deposit, as it is used to credit your Osko deposit to your BTC Markets account.
6. Navigate to your banking application and select the option to make a payment (send money). In this section, select the PayID type and enter the corresponding PayID from the BTC Markets mobile app.
7. Enter your BTC Markets deposit reference number into the description/reference field of your banking app payment form.
8. Submit the payment to complete the deposit.
9. If your deposit has been successful, you should see your finds credited to your account in a few seconds.

To make a deposit via PayID on the beta trading platform:

1. Sign into your BTC Markets account.
2. On the Dashboard screen, click the Deposit cash button in the top right-hand corner. Alternatively, select Deposit cash from the left-hand side menu.
3. Select PayID as the payment method to view our PayID email address and your unique reference number. Take note of these details.
4. Navigate to your banking application and select the option to make a deposit. In the deposit section, make the transaction to our PayID: payments@btcmarkets.net
5. Depending on your banking institution's interface, you will need to enter in a description, detailed description, message, memo or reference. In this field, enter your reference number. Please note: Your reference number must be included in the transaction as it is used to allocate your deposit into your BTC Markets account.
6. Submit the payment to complete your deposit.

1. Sign in to your BTC Markets account.
2. Select 'Account' in the menu and then 'Deposit'.
3. Select 'Osko' from the drop-down menu to view our Pay IDs and your unique Osko deposit reference number. Please note: Your reference number is used to match your deposit to your account.
4. Navigate to your banking application and select the option to make a deposit. In the deposit section, make the transaction out our PayID: payments@btcmarkets.net
5. Depending on your banking institution's interface, you will need to enter in a description, detailed description, message, memo or reference. In this field, enter your unique deposit reference number. 
6. Submit the payment to complete the deposit.

Important - Please do not forget to add the deposit reference. This will ensure your deposit is processed as efficiently as possible. Please also ensure that your name is displayed on each deposit you make.
